Along with being a Touring Artist throughout the US, and other parts of the world, Chris has come to be known & respected as a trumpet player, bandleader, composer, arranger, producer and teacher. After pursuing his degree in music education & performance at Central Washington University in the late 80’s, he moved to Seattle to begin his career as a professional musician. While working with many well known artists, bands and his own In 2001, Chris joined "Karl Denson's Tiny Universe" as sideman to Jazz/Funk Sax Player extraordinaire; Karl Denson. Over the next 20 years Chris started a family and became an instructor at the iconic “Seattle Drum School of Music” teaching Trumpet, Trombone, Music Production & Band Camps.
