Seattle Drum School of Music (SDSM) is always looking for passionate, creative, and organized people to join our community-centered team. With two vibrant locations — Lake City (North Seattle) and Georgetown (South Seattle) — we provide lessons, workshops, all-ages events, and collaborative community programming, all made possible by our incredible team of instructors, administrators, and production pros. Whether you’re a music educator, audio engineer, content creator, or a high school senior looking to complete service hours, there’s a place for you to contribute, learn, and grow at SDSM.

School Management & Administrative Assistants
This role includes:
Scheduling lessons and coordinating with instructors.
Managing school communications and responding to inquiries.
Helping plan and execute workshops, camps, and community events.
Maintaining student records and administrative files.
Providing a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk.
Strong Google Suite, and data management skills are a must, along with excellent people skills and a passion for community building.
Marketing & Social Media Content Creation
Key responsibilities may include:
Creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Documenting events and programs through photos, video, and livestreams.
Developing digital and print materials (flyers, newsletters, etc.)
Collaborating with instructors and students to showcase their work.
Tracking engagement and identifying creative ways to grow our audience.
If you have experience working with arts organizations, community-based programs, or educational groups, that’s a plus!
